GLAM COCKTAIL

Black Knave’s big daddy, Glam Media created the bespoke cocktail, ‘Glam’ for London Fashion Week in collaboaration with the Upper Rockwell Bar at the Trafalar Hotel.
A modern, innovative remix of the whiskey sour, Glam uses rosemary infused sugar syrup and a dash of Chambord to sweeten up the tart Southern classic.
Sling 40ml Bourbon Whiskey, 20ml Lemon juice, 15ml rosemary syrup, 15ml Chambord raspberry Liquer in a Boston shaker, shake well pour into a rocks glass stuffed with crushed ice.
Garnish with a lemon twist, blackberry and edible gold leaf.
